We understand to be mindful is to have our mind in the present moment, to be aware of who we are, and what we do,. This is the fundamental learning for life. The ancient wisdom of the mindfulness is not only learning to meditate and to bring peace to yourself but also to uplift your life to a practical and positive way of living. It is realizing the central core of who you are.
This workshop you’ll learn from a qualified teacher - Our founder Master Chufei Tsai. With her 30yers of teaching experiences she will lead you to the state where you’re able to deal with your daily activities with the awareness and knowing who you are and what you do to live in the meaningful life.
The ancient one said that our destiny is within our hand; you can foresee your future by watching what you do now. That means you are designing your future as of now, If you don’t recognize this, life may not get better but may get worst. Just like anything else, it requires attention and care. It’s the matter of knowledge, wisdom and technique of knowing how to make things happen the way you want it. Learn through lecture and hands on practices to design the ideal blueprint of your life.
This ancient wisdom and technique is guided by Master Chufei Tsai, through her 30 years of teaching, she witnessed people have transforming their life.
We choose an outfit, a hairstyle or car to define our personality as we feel that first impressions count. We know that the first impression can bring attention, and interest from others. While these are necessary, what is equally important is our attitude and how we conduct ourselves. Our gestures, our speech and movements like standing and sitting is relevant.
Master Tsai’s life has inspired many others through teaching on to how to be true to their self , bring the nature of who they are and bring an image and appropriate attitude that can draw attention, Her workshop has led people to a successful career like celebrities, politicians, and corporate owners.

A woman’s priorities change when she becomes a mother. She has to take care of herself and family members. This requires strength, dignity and the wisdom. It’s easy to be overwhelmed and turn yourself into a housekeeper; instead of the mom that is raising and nurturing the family. You probably will wonder about your life, and how to handle the family, and how to be a genuine mom with a great virtue.
This workshop is guided by a qualified teacher, Master Chufei,Tsai who is the single mother of 3, with 30 years of guiding others to re-connect with themselves and their family and to bring a better meaning of the family. This workshop will guide and lead you to the meditative state of mind that can remain in peace and harmony. It can help you to understand the virtue of being a mother, to recognize the infinite value of who you are and to bring the strength to your spirit and continuing your life with lesser effort and to develop a respectful, warm and happy you and the family.
We know how hard it can be for those who dedicate their lives to helping others. Despite the joy it brings, usually the process of improving other people’s lives means that our own must suffer. And being the kind of people we are, that is a sacrifice we are willing to make. However, it doesn’t have to be so, and actually your work would be made better if it wasn’t so.
We are put under an immeasurable level of stress and and emotional duress on a daily basis. We have to deal with horrible situations in which we see and interact with people who are suffering tremendously or who have gone through traumatic experiences, and we can’t help but to go through some of it ourselves in the process of helping them overcome their pain or resolve their precarious situation.
For some of us, being witness to or dealing with monstrous situations becomes part of our daily routine, and the impact that this can have on us emotionally and psychologically is incalculable. An individual that works with victims of abuse once told us she had to be taken out of court because she was crying more than the victim herself. We can’t help it. We feel their pain. And that is exactly the reason why we dedicate ourselves to this kind of work.
However, we feel that the stronger you are, the better you will be able to empower those who you serve. The more balanced you are emotionally and mentally, the better you will be able to help those who you serve to achieve the same. In the process of feeding others, we mustn’t forget to feed ourselves. You need to be balanced, healthy and strong to really make as much of a difference in the world and in other peoples’ lives as you can. You will be happier and healthier for it, and so will all those who you help and come in contact with.

At a more advanced age, seniors and older adults are more likely to fall ill and suffer from physical ailments as well as being less likely to recover from a poor state of health. An estimated 2 million older adults suffer from clinical depression, the second highest incidence of any age group. People 65 and older also have the highest prevalence of Type 2 diabetes.
Furthermore, escalating health care and prescription drugs cost only add to the fact that more than ever seniors and older adults should understand and practice preventative methods that will keep than from falling ill as well as helping them energize and rejuvenate their body and mind. Heart for Humanity’s goal is to bring Master Tsai’s training system to our older generation in order to teach them these methods that also include how to live a healthy lifestyle in which health and joy are their permanent companions.
We partner with school teachers and parents to bring these programs to the children in our community. For children to assimilate into society as healthy adults, more is needed in the western educational system. Master Tsai has over 20 years’ experience working with children in the field of child development and education. The Bright Child After School Program uses proven methods for helping children to unlock their true potential. It embraces a method of teaching that focuses on the entire well-being of the child (body, mind and spirit) and works in partnership with parents. In this after school program, children learn how to:
