When we have many things going on, life can become chaotic and hectic. Without an awareness that connects the activity of mind with the action of body, we cannot fully realize who we are and why we do what we do. We become robotic, acting without thinking, often contributing to negative situations in finances, work, and relationships and experiencing the feeling that our lives are beyond our control. Taming the mind theory explains how we can use the mind to create a more positive connection to the life we live.

Session 2: 11:45 am-1:15 pm

1.5-hour practicum (two 40 min. sessions with a 10 min. break)

Learn the correct posture for practicing and how to identify our “monkey mind” in action. Get step by step guidance and learn the essentials of cultivating a meditative mind. Deepen your understanding of these principles and apply this technique to your daily life.

Mindfulness is the ability to focus the mind in the present moment with a full awareness of who we are and what we do. This is the fundamental learning for life. This ancient wisdom practice is not only about learning to meditate and creating tranquility for yourself but also about uplifting your way of living to a practical and positive place.  It is about realizing who you are at your core.

 

 Session 2: 3:45 pm-5:45 pm

This meditation workshop is guided by our founder,Master Chufei,Tsai. She has taught in 40 countries to more than ten thousand people. You’ll learn the meditation technique step by step that is passed down by ancient successors. Learn to sit in the correct meditation posture, bring your awareness to sensing your body and sensory system and be aware of your surrounding, to be able to observe the feeling of your self and others, able to stop or to quiet down your mind while there’s anger, jealousy or sadness. You’ll get the benefit from the technique to reduce destructive emotion and the mind body illness, and reduce the conflict and struggle of life. You’ll realign your life to bring a quality and a life of wellbeing.

If you don’t recognize this, life may not get any better and indeed, may get worse. Just like anything else, designing your destiny requires attention and care. Designing the ideal blueprint for your life is a matter of having the wisdom to know what you want and learning the techniques for making things happen the way you want them.

 

 

Session 2: 2:00 pm-4:30 pm

We choose an outfit, a hairstyle, or a car in part to define ourselves to others because we rightfully understand that in our world, first impressions count. Equally important is what’s happening inside us and how we conduct ourselves. Our gestures, our speech, our movement, how we stand or sit convey a lot of information about us and informs how we feel about ourselves as well. Master Tsai has worked with celebrities, politicians and corporate figures to assist them in uncovering appropriate and appealing ways of conducting themselves. This workshop will lead you into an exploration of the nature of who you are and how to authentically express an image and attitude that draw positive attention.
